With over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry, James Kim has built a career rooted in passion, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to quality. Starting in the vibrant restaurant scene of Toronto, he refined his skills in fast-paced, high-pressure kitchens, mastering the art of creating dishes that are as visually stunning as they are delicious.
In 2023, he brought his expertise and vision to Port Perry, Ontario, where he owns and operates Palmers Sips & Bites, a cafe located in a bustling medical center. Known for its fresh, chef-driven menu and welcoming atmosphere, the cafe has become a local favorite for coffee, sandwiches, and catering services. Beyond the cafe, James has expanded into corporate and event catering, combining his signature flavors with seamless service to elevate gatherings of all sizes.
Throughout his career, he has remained deeply connected to his community, using food as a way to bring people together. Whether crafting gourmet lunch boxes for a corporate meeting or creating memorable menus for special events, James kim is dedicated to delivering excellence with every dish.
